Product description
Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 is used as reinforcement together with Marlon self-levelling or screed compound. The Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 is primarily used to reduce the risk of crack formation and to increase the elasticity in connection with laying out Marlon self-levelling or screed compound. The Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 can also be used as a reinforcement for ordinary straightening tasks, for example on wood and plasterboard structures. Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 is also used for reinforcement, in connection with exterior renovation and/ or post-insulation of buildings with a finishing layer of mortar.

Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 is fixed pointwise to the substrate to ensure retention of the mesh’s location in the mortar layer or steel deck. Fastening can be done with tape or suitable adhesive, such as Marlon Tileadhesive Combi (see separate datasheets).
When used in floating structures, Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 must always be fitted tightly against vertical building parts. Marlon Fiber Reinforcement Mesh GF10 must be fitted with min. 50 mm overlay. When used in floating structures, double and cross-reinforcement must always be used in particularly stressed areas, eg. in doorways, and it is often necessary to cross-reinforce in corners, especially in buildings with a high load such as industrial and commercial buildings etc.
